Usage limits & additional charges
- Asset limit: All unarchived assets count, including lost and end-of-life assets. Archived assets are excluded.
- Management user limit: Only active non-employee login accounts count. Employee accounts are unlimited; inactive accounts and assignment-only profiles are excluded.
- DAP Smart: Upgrade or contact Estrome for additional capacity. Enterprise asset and management-user capacity is tailored to your requirements and agreed by quote. A 15-day free trial is available.
- Consent: Additional capacity requires explicit acceptance of the applicable rates by the Org Admin.

- GST: Rates exclude GST, charged at 18%.
- Calculation: Additional asset and management user charges are prorated by active time. Unused capacity and failed operations are not charged.
- Invoicing: Actual additional usage is calculated monthly for each tenant. The invoice is issued and emailed to the Org Admin after Estrome owner approval.
- Outstanding charges: Approved invoice balances unpaid for more than 30 days are shown separately in the renewal amount payable. They are not invoiced or taxed again.
